About this blog

My name is Lynn Burrell, and I am a preachers wife :) It's been an adventure, to say the least! We have to not only be good christians and examples in our daily lives, but also encouragers, good listeners, at times gentle scolders, and above all, my husbands biggest supporter and prayer warrior. Sounds about like the average mothers job, doesn't it? I guess that's a very figurative way of looking at it. People tell you their fears, problems, and concerns. People expect things of you that they expect of no other lady in the church. It's not always a bed of roses, but let me be the first to tell you that the benefits are literally out of this world! God entrusted MY husband with a flock, and ME with being the shepherds wife! Three years ago, I had no idea what this meant. I created this blog to share my journey with you, and to help you realize like myself, that anyone can serve God. All you have to be, is willing.

I want you to realize that if God can use me in the ministry, He can and will use anyone....including YOU!!

Romans 10:9-10

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in
thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
